Local hong kong style Cha Chaan Tang. Went there with my wife, the staff are friendly. Their style is more like Auntie Uncle recommending food. It is not the high end service but it added a bit of intimacy or closeness to the service. They have English in the Menu so it is easy for foreigner to order as well. The food came pretty quickly. The price would be around 50-80 HKD (around USD 6-10). With this price range there’s not much to complain. Will visit again

I visited 3 different cha Chan teng in HK and this was my favourite because it serves a good egg tart and milk tea. The place is clean and welcoming. Service is not warm but is efficient. For example, I ordered an egg tart but was told the next batch would be out in 15mins. 15mins past and a tray of egg tarts emerged from the kitchen to the takeaway counter. But the server didn’t bother to bring one to me so I had to re-order with another server. So just adjust your service expectations.

absolutely only in Hong Kong, the food, the taste, and the vibe ! I let go the hotel breakfast and came here to be the part of the scene ! it is not just about the food, sit down and look at the mood of the people, the pace of the city, the speedy services by minute, the legacy menu items, the table sharing . . . all it costs within 40 Hong Kong Dollar for a breakfast ! perhaps another day, will come back for a lunch or a tea break - the completely different foods, ambience, and customers !

Opens early, typical HK set menus, very fresh breads and egg tarts. Worth a visit. AC is a little insufficient so you can be warm and humid inside the restaurant.

Had a dinner there on my own, the steamed pork ribs in XO sauce with fried Tofu & glass noodles are well steamed & taste good. Staff is nice and friendly, have asked if I’m in rush since this is order to steam for at least 10-15 mins.

I absolutely loved the food here! The Singapore noodles were outstanding — so full of flavour and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed them so much that I came back twice during my stay. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely one of the highlights of dining in Wan Chai. Highly recommended!
